Schema Therapy

This treatment looks into treatment and development patterns drawing from psychodynamic and childhood experiences and patterns created at a very young age. Schema Therapy is especially beneficial in treating chronic depression, anxiety, and relationship breakdown.

Schemas or ‘negative life beliefs’ can lead to low self-esteem, lack of connection to others, problems expressing feelings and emotions and excessive worrying. These beliefs can also be detrimental to relationships and an individual’s career.

Through a series of assessments, clients learn to recognise which schemas and problematic coping styles affect them the most, understand the origins and learn how to make lasting changes.

Schema Therapy can be delivered virtually or face-to-face
